Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened or used bottles cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons.

Please contact us before sending anything back — email contact@sirratelier.com with your order number, and we’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days, back to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sirratelier.com with photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping box. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs on Returns

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
